HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order please complete our online order form https://www.convertit.co.nz/place-an-order located on the website or if you have any technical type questions please call us 0800-345634 to speak to us for assistance.

HOW DO I PAY?

When your job has been completed, we will email you an invoice for payment.

We will dispatch your order once payment has been received, all our prices on the website are GST inclusive.

 

PAYMENT CAN BE MADE BY:

 By Internet banking
By Credit card – VISA or Mastercard, please note a credit card fee will apply.

 

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I PLACE AN ORDER?

• After submitting your order form, please courier or drop off your material to us.
• When your package is received via courier, we will send you a confirmation email letting you know this has arrived in our office.
• When your job has been completed we will email you an invoice which has all the payment options.
• We will dispatch your order and your original material (unless requested otherwise) to you by track and trace courier after your payment has cleared.
• Your digital files will be completely deleted from our servers within 14 days after payment has been received.

WHERE DO I SEND MY OLD MEDIA TO?

Send your package to:

We highly recommend you courier the package to us using a track and trace option.

YOUR NOT IN MY CITY or TOWN, IS IT SAFE TO POST MY MATERIAL ?

Yes it is. We service the whole of New Zealand and receive orders from all over the country. We recommend you send material to us by a track and trace courier company like NZ Couriers or Courierpost.

HOW DO I PACKAGE MY MATERIAL?

The best thing you can do to protect your original material is to ship it to us in a sturdy box, a padded envelope, or in a small plastic container placed inside a cardboard box. In general, the sturdier your box, the safer your shipment will be. Use zip-lock plastic bags for negatives, slides and photographs, and seal them before placing them in your container.

I'M AFRAID MY VIDEO TAPES, FILMS, SLIDES OR NEGATIVES WILL GET DAMAGED

We take the utmost care with your material as we understand that they are precious, irreplaceable memories.
We can’t control any actions from the couriers while in transit, but when they arrive at our premises they are treated with the utmost care .
We have not damaged any of our clients material since we started. Reviews of our service and work is testament to that.
